PrintKing LLC provides 3D-printing, manufacturing, and local delivery services exclusively to business entities operating within the trade show and event industry in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
  2.  Exclusive Jurisdiction and Venue
    By engaging our services or placing an order with PrintKing LLC, you expressly agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to our products or services shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada. You further agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any such proceedings shall be the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
  3. Commercial Use Only
    PrintKing LLC does not sell products to consumers (individuals for personal use). All transactions are strictly Business-to-Business (B2B). By purchasing from PrintKing, you affirm that you are a registered business entity and that all products are being acquired for commercial or professional use within the scope of your trade show operations.
  4.  No Consumer Warranties
    Because our products are manufactured for commercial use in a controlled trade show environment, the products provided by PrintKing LLC are intended for professional deployment. We do not provide consumer-grade warranties. All warranties are limited to those expressly provided in our Terms of Service or specific written contracts between PrintKing LLC and the purchasing entity.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, PrintKing LLC’s total liability for any claims related to our products or delivery services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any secondary damages, including but not limited to booth setup delays, event costs, or loss of business, regardless of the cause.
  6. Authorized Use
    The information, designs, and content provided on https://printking.store are intended for the use of authorized business clients. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or scraping of our website content is strictly prohibited.
