Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://printking.store ("the Website") and the purchase of 3D-printed parts and components provided by PrintKing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Transactions
PrintKing provides products exclusively for commercial use by trade show companies and other business entities. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind your company to these Terms and that you are purchasing these products for professional/commercial purposes.
2. Product Specifications & Customization
3D Printing Disclaimer: All products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of this process, items may exhibit minor cosmetic variations, such as visible layer lines or small surface imperfections. These are inherent to the process and are not considered defects, provided the part meets the structural and functional specifications agreed upon during the quoting process.
Client Provided Files: If you provide digital files (.STL, .STEP, etc.), you are responsible for the accuracy of those files. PrintKing is not responsible for errors in dimensions or functionality caused by incorrect file design.
3. Orders, Payments & Shipping
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by PrintKing. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including production capacity or file suitability.
Payment: All payments must be made in full before production commences, unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract.
Shipping: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Shipping dates are estimates and not guarantees.
4. Limited Warranty & Liability
Limited Warranty: We warrant that the products will conform to the specifications agreed upon in the order. If a product fails to meet these specifications, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective part or a refund of the purchase price, at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintKing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Intellectual Property
You warrant that any files or designs submitted to us for printing do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold PrintKing LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from a breach of this warranty.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
