Shipping policy


At PrintKing LLC., we understand that trade show deadlines are absolute. We are committed to ensuring your custom 3D-printed components arrive safely and on time for your event.

  1. Direct Delivery Service
    Unlike standard shipping, PrintKing delivers your order directly to your booth or designated event staging area. This service ensures:
     Zero-Carrier Risk: Your items are handled solely by our team, eliminating transit damage risks associated with third-party parcel services.
     Precision Timing: We coordinate delivery windows with your booth setup schedule to ensure our arrival aligns with your team’s move-in timeline.
     Hand-off Protocol: We deliver directly to your authorized personnel on-site, requiring a signature upon receipt to confirm the order is delivered as expected.
  2. Scheduling & Coordination
     Appointment Windows: Once your order is ready, our team will reach out to schedule a delivery appointment that accommodates your specific venue move-in requirements.
     Venue Access: You are responsible for ensuring that PrintKing personnel have appropriate access to the venue or loading dock. If the venue requires specific insurance certificates (COI) or registration for drop-off vehicles, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
     Flexibility: We understand trade show schedules can change. If your move-in time is adjusted, please contact us immediately so we can update our delivery route.
  3. On-Site Inspection
     Immediate Review: We encourage you to inspect your items at the time of delivery. Because we are present for the hand-off, any concerns regarding the product can be addressed immediately.
     Packaging Removal: As part of our white-glove service, we can assist with unboxing and the removal of professional protective packaging if required. Please let us know during scheduling if you would like this service.
  4. Service Area & Fees
     Local Delivery Area: Our direct delivery service is available within a 30 mile radius of our North Las Vegas facility.
     Delivery Fees: A local delivery fee is applied to each order. This fee covers fuel, vehicle overhead, and the personalized handling required for your trade show exhibit. For projects outside our standard service area, please contact us for a custom logistics quote.
  5.  Delivery Limitations
     PrintKing LLC is not responsible for any "material handling" or "drayage" fees charged by the event venue or general contractor.
     In the event of unavoidable delays (e.g., extreme weather, traffic, or venue entry restrictions), we will communicate with you in real-time to find a solution.
